These terms govern your use of cited? at webcited.xyz(the "Service"), operated by cited? ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

cited? measures how visible a website is to AI answer engines. Results are estimates produced by probing third-party AI engines and are provided for informational purposes. We make no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or any particular outcome.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

• Only scan websites you own or have permission to analyze.
• Do not abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to bypass limits of the Service.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to infringe others' rights.

Credits & payments

Paid scans consume prepaid credits. Credits are purchased through Lemon Squeezy and are non-refundable except where required by law. Each scan deducts the underlying AI cost plus a markup; your balance must be positive to start a new scan. Anonymous users get a limited number of free scans.

Intellectual property

The Service, its code, and branding belong to us. You retain ownership of the websites and content you submit; you grant us a limited license to process them to deliver the Service.

Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

Termination & changes

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
